Professional with over 15 years of experience leading high-complexity projects in large organizations. Since 2021, he has led NESI Intelligence for Business, a consulting firm specialized in process structuring, operational optimization, integration of KPIs with business strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

His career is marked by the practical application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, both in team training and continuous improvement initiatives. This approach is fully integrated into project management, supporting more accurate diagnostics, data-based actions, and delivery of outcomes aligned with business goals.

Success Fee

Zero risk model for the customer. Remuneration based on a percentage of proof of financial benefits. Accepted upon prior analysis of the consultancy and drafting of a contract.

Hours Package

Analysis whether the client’s need can be met with the consultant’s expertise, value proposition, time and availability. Recommended for situations where the scope is not well defined.
